Who we are

Averis ("we", "us") provides website design, hosting and paid advertising management from Adelaide, South Australia. These terms apply to all our services.

Quotes and payment

Website builds are $489 and paid ads have a one-time $349 campaign setup, each payable to begin work; the Full Stack bundle combines both setups for $589. Ongoing services ($89/month website care, $699/month ad management, or $749/month for both) are billed monthly in advance. Larger or custom work is quoted in writing before it starts. All prices are in Australian dollars.

The 7-day launch guarantee

Your website goes live within 7 days, counted from when we have your content (text, photos, logins) and your build payment. If we miss it for reasons within our control, your first month of care is free. Delays caused by missing content, third parties (domain registrars, platforms) or requested scope changes pause the clock.

You own everything

Your domain, website, content and ad accounts are registered in your name and remain yours. If you leave, we hand everything over and will assist reasonably with the transition.

Cancellation

Monthly services are month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No exit fees.

Ad spend

Advertising budgets are set by you and paid by you directly to Google or Meta. Our fee covers management only. Advertising results depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any content you supply (photos, text, logos) and that it's accurate. We may decline content that is unlawful or misleading.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the previous three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
